Popular Vehicles and Services oversees the entire lifecycle of a vehicle, which includes selling new cars, maintaining and repairing them, distributing spare parts, buying and selling pre-owned cars, conducting driving instruction, and assisting in the sale of insurance and financial products to third parties.
The business is divided into three main business segments: (a) passenger vehicle dealerships, which sell premium, luxury, and economy cars from Maruti Suzuki India Limited, Honda Cars India Limited, and Jaguar Land Rover India Limited; (b) commercial vehicle dealerships, which represent Daimler India Commercial Vehicles Private Limited and Tata Motors Limited; and (c) dealerships for electric three- and two-wheelers, which are owned by Piaggio Vehicles Private Limited and Ather Energy Private Limited, respectively.

Popular Vehicles and Services has 59 showrooms, 126 sales locations and booking offices, 31 showrooms and outlets for pre-owned cars, 134 authorized service centers, 40 retail locations, and 24 warehouses as of July 31, 2023. This network covers 12 districts in Tamil Nadu, 7 districts in Maharashtra, 8 districts in Karnataka, and 14 districts in Kerala. 10,275 people were employed by Popular Vehicles and Services as of July 31, 2023, throughout all of its business verticals.
