Its products, which include simultaneous 3-axis and 5-axis CNC machining centres, multitasking machines, CNC Turning Centres, CNC Turn Mill Centres, CNC Vertical Machining Centres (VMCs), CNC Horizontal Machining Centres (HMCs), are among the most varied CNC portfolios in the nation.

Three manufacturing sites are run by the company; two are in Rajkot, Gujarat, and one is in Strasbourg, France. The Strasbourg location has all the necessary tools to design, develop, and produce the full range of products. Jyoti CNC Automation may produce 4,400 machines a year in India and 121 machines a year in France as of September 30, 2023.

As of September 30, 2023, Jyoti CNC employed 2,624 people and has an order book of INR 3,315.33 crore, which includes an INR 304.92 crore order from an organisation in the electronics manufacturing services (EMS) sector.
