JSW Infrastructure, a 2006 incorporation, offers customers maritime-related services such as cargo handling, storage options, logistics services, and other value-added services, and is developing into a provider of end-to-end logistics solutions. According to port concessions, the corporation develops and manages ports and port terminals.

JSW’s installed cargo handling capacity in India increased from 102.50 MTPA as of March 31, 2020, to 153.43 MTPA as of March 31, 2022, at a CAGR of 22.35%. The freight volumes it handled in India increased at a CAGR of 34.97% over the same time frame, from 34.01 MMT to 61.96 MMT. In addition to its operations in India, the business also runs two port terminals in the UAE under O&M contracts with a combined capacity of 41 MTPA for cargo handling as of December 31.

With port facilities at Major Ports in the industrial hubs of Goa and Karnataka on the west coast, Odisha and Tamil Nadu on the east coast, and Non-Major Ports in Maharashtra, JSW has a diverse footprint throughout India.

JSW’s financial performance has been stable over the past three fiscal years, with revenue from operations, EBITDA, and profit after tax increasing at a CAGR of 41.01%, 30.51%, and 29.67% from fiscal 2020 to fiscal 2022, respectively.
